Sintered silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic is a new kind of bullet-proof ceramic material, with low density, high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent performances. Now it’s the preferred general material for bulletproof ceramic pieces, mechanical seals, sand jets as well as magnetic pumps, shielding pump components, etc.
We produce sintered silicon carbide ceramics taking high purity sub-micron silicon carbide powder as raw material, through the spray granulation, pressure molding and high temperature vacuum sintering. We produce all type of specifications of the sintered silicon carbide bulletproof ceramics, including whole plates with single-curved surface of bulletproof ceramic,composite plate bulletproof ceramics, Hexagonal Silicon Carbide bullet proof plate, Square plate, SSiC Cylinders, regular and irregular shape composite plate. Most bulletproof armor Silicon carbide plate is used pressureless sintered process.
